Steven started his career by writing Lionsgate's THE CAT'S MEOW, starring Kirsten Dunst, directed by Peter Bogdanovich.  He has sold one-hour dramas to MTV and NBC/Universal and written for Disney, Paramount, and AMC's Emmy-winning series, THE LOT.  

He was a writer on Disney's AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS starring Jackie Chan and Steve Coogan, and wrote & produced A COUNTRY CHRISTMAS STORY, co-starring Dolly Parton, which broke a ratings record for Lifetime. 

Steven's directing debut, FOOTPRINTS, was hailed by the President of the NY Film Critics Circle as one of the year's Ten Best Films.  His second directorial effort, THE UNDYING starred Emmy nominees Anthony Carrigan (HBO'S Barry) and Robin Weigert (HBO's Deadwood) and Honorary Oscar recipient, Wes Studi.

IN  DEVELOPMENT

Steven is developing his graphic novel, STOKER & WELLS, for Television with Amasia Entertainment, 

founded by the former President of Marvel Studios.  

He is the co-writer of I AM LIFE, based on the true story of Chaim Grosbein, who as a little boy survived for two years in the  forests of Eastern Europe during WW2.  The director is three-time Emmy  winner Simcha Jacobovici who is producing with Steve Solomos  (Cronenberg's CRIMES OF THE FUTURE).
